Accreditations & regulations
All of our windows are internally beaded and manufactured from environmentally friendly, lead-free profile.
They are available in a variety of styles and configurations in standard modular or bespoke sizes and designs with an infinite variety of accessories and specifications to enable enhanced thermal and acoustic performance; choice of colour; security enhancement; egress; or to suit specific regulation or standard; Secure by Design, Code for Sustainable Homes; Code Levels; and to assist achieving better SAP calculations and DER’s etc. All carry a BFRC C, B or A rating for enhanced energy efficiency and a BRE expected lifecycle in excess of 35 years.

Innovation & improvement
Through a commitment to research, innovation and constant product development and improvement, the company has attained all the accreditations and services available through the leading UK bodies and institutions.
These include BSI (British Standards Institution), Kitemarks, BBA (British Board of Agrement) and BFRC (British Fenestration Rating Council).
Twice a year UK NewBuild is inspected by the BSI/BBA. The visits include detailed product quality audits and the taking of profile samples to be independently tested to British and European Standards.
International standards
In addition to the product standards which specify minimum requirements under BS Kitemark and BBA certification, UK NewBuild controls its operations through compliance with internal standards.
ISO9001 (Quality /Business Management System) and ISO14001 for extrusion (Environmental Management System) demand documented procedures, processes and controls to ensure consistent monitoring and production output.
Testing and development
Ensuring trouble-free lifetime performance of our products is a major focus. Through an ongoing testing and analysis programme, we examine and simulate a host of environmental and physical factors. These include accelerated weathering, impact resistance, artificial ageing, weather performance and resistance to intrusion.
Our comprehensive guarantees on 'in house' fabricated product include:
